Your BSOD code does not match any code listed in this documentation.

Before opening a ticket, make sure you have completed all setup steps — including disabling Kernel DMA Protection, Virtualization Based Security (VBS/HVCI), and any other requirements listed in the setup guide. If any of those are still enabled, address them first.

If everything in the setup is already correctly configured and the BSOD still occurs, open a support ticket and include the following:

  • BSOD code — a photo taken with your phone of the blue screen is ideal
  • When it happens — for example: when opening the game, when injecting via the loader, or during gameplay
  • How often it happens — always, occasionally, or only under specific conditions
  • The minidump file from C:\Windows\Minidump (see guide below)
