Your Windows version may not be supported, or a recent Windows update broke compatibility. Check the System Requirements page. If your version is listed as supported, open a support ticket and include the log file from C:\ProgramData\SoftwareDistribution.
0xC000000D
A kernel signature scan failed, usually caused by a recent Windows update. Open a support ticket and include the log file from C:\ProgramData\SoftwareDistribution.
0xC000001D
Same cause as 0xC000000D — a kernel signature scan returned no results after a Windows update. Open a support ticket and include the log file from C:\ProgramData\SoftwareDistribution.
0xC0292013
An internal protection routine failed. Open a support ticket and include the log file from C:\ProgramData\SoftwareDistribution.
0xC002000A
An internal integrity check failed before the driver started. Open a support ticket and include the full error code.
0xC0000113
The loader detected unexpected values in its environment, possibly due to security software interference. Disable any antivirus or security tools and try again. If the error persists, open a support ticket.
0xC0000115
Hyper-V or another hypervisor was detected. Disable it and reboot:
- Open Command Prompt as administrator.
- Run
bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off - Reboot and try again.
